Our Las Vegas Dental Team
Tina | Office Manager
In 2006 I was managing offices in other fields when I was approached about managing a dental office. I accepted the position, never expecting to love it as much as I do – I’ve always had a fear of dental visits myself!
What I’ve found that I love about the dental field are the patient interactions. I love when we can deliver on a promise and exceed their expectations. I understand, and can empathize, with the fear some patients have – I’ve been in their shoes!
All of us at All Bright Dental have a genuine love for what they do and truly care about every single patient. It doesn’t matter if you’re getting a full mouth make over or one of our simpler procedures, we care about your outcome and want you to leave happier than you ever thought you would.
Melissa | Director of Operations
Growing up I didn’t have a perfect smile, in fact I was bullied during my early years because of it. At the age of 13 I finally had all of my adult teeth, and I realized how important feeling comfortable with one’s smile is. I chose the dental field for the opportunity to use my experience to help others and provide them with the means to make a change.
For the last 6 years I have worked alongside Dr. Mohtashami, doing everything from assisting him as a dental assistant, to working in the front office. On a typical day, you may see me entering your paperwork, verifying your insurance, taking x-rays, assisting in your procedure, or fixing a technical issue in the office. My biggest priority is the patient experience and ensuring we help change the perception of what a dental visit can be.
Working with Dr. Mohtashami has provided me with the opportunity to further my education, work with the latest technologies, and deliver the highest quality dental care. The combination of his passion, dedication, and expertise has led the way for All Bright Dental to become the team it is…a family: one that I take pride in being a part of.
Danelle | Treatment Coordinator
From a young age I had a huge overbite and wished I had a better smile. I was fortunate enough to have braces and attain my dream smile; it changed my confidence, outlook, and my entire life! I was a stay at home mother for a long time and while staying home I was able to attend a Dental Assisting program through the Community College in Casper Wyoming. I knew once my youngest son was a little bit older that I would jump right into the dental field and start changing lives. Although I’m not assisting in the back office, I get the opportunity to work with each patient one on one and help with any questions or concerns as their treatment coordinator. Working alongside Dr. Mohtashami is so rewarding. His guidance, knowledge, and expertise are unbeatable. We are a team and a family, it’s so rewarding to be a part of changing patient lives one smile at a time.
Kim | Dental Hygienist
As a single mother of three small children, interested in helping people maintain their heath, I chose dental hygiene as my career field. It allows me time with my children and gives me the satisfaction of helping others to maintain good oral health.
As a hygienist at All Bright Dental for more than eleven years, I’ve had the opportunity to work at a wonderful practice with great patients. I also get to work with a team that is committed to advancing their skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care for our patients in all areas. I admire Dr. Mohtashami’s focus and attention to every detail because it helps our patients achieve excellent oral health. The entire team and Dr. Mohtashami really work well together to bring patients an amazing dental experience, and I am happy to be part of this team.
Chelsea | Dental Assistant
I graduated 9 years ago from Altrain Dental Assisting Academy in Glendale Arizona and have been working at All Bright Dental for a little over 1 year. I love going to the dentist for cleanings, but turn into a big baby when it comes to needles and dental work, so I can empathize with our more timid patients.
Nothing is more satisfying than seeing a person’s life changed and confidence restored – that’s why I love my job. My job has a real ‘family’ aspect to it, not just from the great team I work with, but with our patients too. We get to know our patients and build relationships with them.
Having this opportunity to work side by side with such a prestigious doctor who specializes in what I love about my job – restoring smiles and changing lives – is a great experience.
When I’m not at work you can find me in the gym or traveling back to Arizona to see my family.
